We directly support each franchisee with the creation of a strategic market plan to identify trade areas to source sites and build restaurants. It is the responsibility of each franchisee to work with local real estate professionals and developers to source and secure future restaurant locations.

The number of restaurants required to develop will be determined based upon the potential of the development area. We always do multi-restaurant development agreements.
We offer multiple types of venues, from food courts to free-standing with drive-thru locations. In general, the cost per location can be $250,000 to $1,200,000 (not including land). Of course, these costs can vary based upon many factors in your local market.
The Initial Franchise Fee is $25,000 per restaurant, which is comprised of $10,000 for the upfront development fee and $15,000 for the Franchise fee to be paid before the opening of each restaurant.
